Injury prevention movement classes are usually 8-12 week intensive programs specifically designed for sports teams. DPSP carries out a team assessment in a group setting in which clients will rehab and prevent injuries (in particular ACL , knee and hip injuries, hamstring, groin and calf tears) in a graduated format with a goal of returning to 100% function for sport or play and reduce the likelihood of injury. DPSP utilises the most modern equipment for injury prevention classes including resistance training bands and tubing, foam rollers, balance equipment and Pilates tools.

These classes are extremely popular in pre-season training and with players returning from injury. Injury prevention movement classes can take place at your gym, sports grounds and training pitch/location of your choice.
