A native of Drogheda, Principal Chartered Physiotherapist Vikki Mc Ginn is a former international athlete, inter-county GAA star and an expert in sports injury treatment & rehabilitation.
In 2007, Vikki completed an honours Degree in Sport Science and Health from DCU specialising in the physiological and biological testing of athletes for sports performance, sports movement & analysis which took her to Australia in 2008.
It was here where she worked alongside & coached leading athletes in swimming and triathlon. In 2010 she completed a Masters degree in Physiotherapy from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Spending over 5 years completing in depth studies on care of the elderly and palliative care making her one of the leading physiotherapists in this field.
Vikki has since specialised in Sports performance training including strength & conditioning, functional athletic movement & exercise rehabilitation. Working alongside Louth GAA, Westmeath GAA, FAI, Leinster Rugby, IRFU, as well as local sports teams/clubs within Louth.
